5. Revisions A certain number of revisions may be included in the project cost. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

6. Delivery Epic Build Limited will use reasonable efforts to meet agreed-upon deadlines. However, delays due to unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

7. Limitation of Liability Epic Build Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.  

8. Termination Either party may terminate this agreement for any reason with written notice.

9. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws

10. Entire Agreement These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements.
